RIGHT TO CANCELLATION
According to Legislative Decree no.185 dated 22/05/1999, the Customer has the right to cancel the contract at no penalty and without explanation within ten working days from the date the goods were received. In this case the customer must notify the company of his/her intention to cancel the contract (indicating the preferred method of reimbursement of all sums paid) by registered mail with return receipt. The customer may also send a telegram, telex or fax during this period, however confirmation must be made within the following forty-eight hours by registered letter. The products must be returned within this period of time, be undamaged and in their original packaging with the respective delivery note. The Customer must pay for return shipping costs and is held liable for the goods. Upon receipt of the goods we shall reimburse all sums due. The right to cancel the contract shall not apply to customized or made to size goods.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
We hereby inform you that law no. 675/96 guarantees that processing of personal information is effected in full observance of the rights, fundamental liberties and dignity of individuals, with particular reference to the confidentiality of personal identity. Customer information shall be legally and correctly maintained by ANNA BIJOUX in complete protection of personal rights and confidentiality of this information. According to art, 10 of the above mentioned law, we hereby inform you that processing of personal information (effected by computerized means) is for the sole purpose of executing the contract. If necessary to execute the contract, we shall provide the Customer's personal information to a shipping company as well as other companies that effect the sales process or product shipping. Furnishing this information is obligatory in order to execute the sales contract. We also inform you that, if you give permission, your personal information may be processed in order to provide information on ANNA BIJOUX: initiatives, events and product launches. However, the information in our possession shall not be used for purposes other than those stated above, nor will it be given to companies outside ANNA BIJOUX. You can exercise the rights provided by art. 13 of law 675/96 regarding processing of information at offices in charge of this service.

DELIVERY DATES
Because these are handmade items the delivery times are not the same for all products but varies based on the type of article and workmanship. Delivery times for a certain article are shown on the product description sheet and indicate the amount of time normally needed for delivery, primarily based on the production time for the product. ANNA BIJOUX agrees to deliver the product within the indicated deadline, however it cannot be held liable for any damage deriving from a delay which occurs during shipping.
The times shown in the table are standard delivery times based on normal delivery conditions.

WARRANTY AND ASSISTANCE
ANNA BIJOUX guarantees that its products are free from flaws and defects. In the event that a defect is found in a purchased product you must notify us as soon as possible, within a maximum of eight days, by sending a registered letter with return receipt. All presented products comply with Italian and European Union (EU) laws that apply to them. No guarantee is provided that products comply with the regulations and laws in effect in the Buyer's country if the Buyer resides in a non-EU country.
